I want to return electronic tickets without visiting the Ticket offices of Gazprom Arena. How can I do this?
To return electronic tickets, you must fill out an application. Please note that the payer is writing the application! A copy of the passport and the ticket forms themselves must be sent in the pdf format. Be sure to have a signed application and a copy of the first page of the passport! You have to send all these documents to the ticket@fc-zenit.ru. We remind you that tickets for thr football matches can be returned no later than 2 hours before the match, for basketball matches no later than 3 hours before the match, and for hockey matches no later than 72 hours before the match.
How much money is refunded?
- Refunds for the season tickets and tickets on time are made in full. Refunds for the season tickets during the game season are carried out minus the cost of past matches.
