Redeem the ticket at the Client office, presenting the reservation form, the original or a copy of the foreign / Russian passport with a residence permit in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. It is possible to buy a ticket for the guest sector only at the Client office, as ticket forms are physically located here. FC Zenit away tickets are registered and are not transferable to third parties.
Why are away match tickets sold only at the Client office?
- Tickets for the away matches are purchased at the Client office only for the high-risk matches in accordance with decisions and agreements between Clubs, as well as police requirements. For other away matches tickets can be purchased on a match day at the box office. The conditions for the acquisition are determined by the Club Security Service.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person if my name is indicated on it?

Tickets for children from 7 to 14 years old get a 50% discount when buying a ticket to the same sector for an adult accompanying person. A 50% discount is given to disabled people of categories 2 and 3 when purchasing tickets of the standard category.
